Many of you have expressed suffering from chronic pain: joints, headaches, backaches, feet problems
What would I do?
ALKALIZE!
What’s the easiest way?
Drink a green juice or 2 every day!
You can only eat so many heads of lettuce, & nibble on so many bunches of cilantro a day…
If you’re in pain or are inflamed,
alkalization is key!
Fruit energizes the cells;
green juices alkalize the tissues.
This won’t happen overnight!
You must be vigilant & patient.
If you can, partner or team up with others who can support you!
e.g., create a Mom & Daughter, or Father & Son GREEN JUICE TEAM! One of you might have more skills in one area than the other, but the other has skills that the other one doesn’t have! For example, with Krista and I, it’s always been my role to make all the food for us, as it comes naturally to me. As Krista has a natural inclination toward anything technological, she effortlessly enjoys taking care of that department for us.
OK, so back to the PAIN! …you could be experiencing it anywhere throughout your body… your feet (gout), your knees, hips, elbows and/or shoulders, or maybe you suffer from headaches, stomach aches and/or acid reflux. No matter where it is: Alkalize! Drink 1-2 green juices a day, plus enjoy whole fruits and simple leafy green salads with low-fat dressings.
Resistance from Others:
Some of you may be experiencing this from others: Your friends may give you a rough time for eating so healthily, or they may be lightly ‘teasing you’ at work (Krista often came home from her old corporate job saying that her colleagues had yet again tried to feed her a cheeseburger!). It of course also doesn’t help that many of your friends, family & peers won’t understand the detoxification symptoms, and so will instead point out that you must be ’sick’ because “you aren’t getting enough protein” or what not.
Instead of meeting them w/ resistance and getting defensive, please try and bite your tongue! Accept that they just won’t ‘get it,’ at this time, no matter what you say, so don’t even start to say anything. As I described in another recent video, simply concentrate on you being a living example of health. When you come out of the initial more intense detox phase you might experience, with you losing X many pounds within just a few weeks, those who are ready to hear you, will come seek you out and ask you questions. Today, those people might still be in the ‘you need to eat a cheeseburger or you are going to die mindset,’ probably for no other reason than to justify their own unhealthy habits. That’s right, they could just be plain ol’ jealous of you right now, so want to subconsciously sabotage your healthy efforts. But don’t take any of that personally! And hopefully neither will they.
Realize that YOU are the one who is SANE, as you actually take care of yourself! You are feeding & nourishing your cells w/ raw living foods from Mother Nature. Whereas they are standing across the room staring at you w/ a smirk on their face as they drink their Venti Starbucks Coffee, as they oddly enough truly believe that YOU might as well be an alien for consuming something so strange as a green juice! …and not— oh my goodness— a coffee, along w/ bacon & eggs!
NEWS FLASH: Somehow this world has everything backwards! If anyone really took the time to pause and reflect for a few moments between what a SAD american diet really IS: e.g., coffee / donut / pastry / eggs / bacon / sausage / pancakes / and/or cereal & milk breakfast, vs. fruits, vegetables, smoothies and juices, then, um…is it not obvious yet??

~ Take care of yourself!
~ Focus on fruits and vegetables
~ Don’t take any negativity expressed by anyone else personally
~ Continue on the path, get support from this community here, and/or from Krista, me and others on Facebook
~ Remember to exercise
~ Try to get to bed around 10PM
(Krista doesn’t have to follow this rule, haha)
~ Take responsibility to move in a direction of health, because you love and care for yourself!

Well said ! The actual goal should NOT be to go 100 percent raw, it should be getting Healthy ! Raw is a part of that equation obviously, but that doesnt mean that everyone has to be 100 percent raw to be healthy or get past disease.
80% Raw seems to be a great goal for most people , and the other 20 % of healthy moderately cooked organic food

Personally, I love fruits and veg, but don’t think eating homemade yogurt is harmful, or drinking hot vegetable soups in the winter is bad. Moderation and balance are the key to good health and longevity.

You are correct and i agree, also we need to Avoid Seedless Fruits as much as possible and if given the choice Always choose Fruits with Seeds.
Sadly , Seeded Watermelons are quite rare now and hard to find, and its all because as consumers for too many years we have chosen to buy Seedless Melons, which are Nutritionally inferior.
We will get in the Market whatever we demand, and if we STOP buying seedless fruits, we’ll get Seeded, which are so much better
